Out of the mouths of babes

Children can say the funniest things.  Even Dexter, at only one-year-old, can come out with some real beauties despite not being able to talk.

Confused?  Don't be.

Here are a couple of cute tales, as told by my husband, about some of the cute things that have been uttered straight from the mouths of our babes...

"I was with Dexter this morning, giving him a cuddle while my mum took Sophia to school.  He was up in my arms looking around when I said 'Nee' like the blokes from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

"Dexter laughed, so I said it again.

"And this time he laughed and went 'Nee'.

"It was so cute."

"Sophia asked me if I was going to read her a second bedtime story.  

"I said 'you'd better believe it, baby'.

"She said, 'Daddy, I'm not a baby. I'm a girl!'"
